He worked with us to complete several test drives to compare models, walked us through the pros and cons of each and made that part of the process as enjoyable as possible. This was a quick and easy deal to make. A great feature that Germain has is that you can look up the CarFAX report right from Germain's website with no charge to the customer. A clean CarFAX and a good looking vehicle for an affordable price seem too good to be true and, too a small extent, that is correct. There were some things I wanted fixed before I would sign the sales order - especially the rear shocks - and, even on this "As Is" vehicle, they did that for me. Then I had a Mazda dealer look it over AFTER the sale, and they found a few things that were a bit disconcerting. I contacted Germain, and they agreed to split the costs on the major repairs that otherwise could have been a big deal. The vehicle is great now, and JoJo and the Germain team are people of their word who will go beyond just getting you to sign and leaving you with your "As Is" vehicle. More

I was very nervous about the process of purchasing a car as this was only the second time I've purchased on my own.
