I've left those deals feeling instant regret after being pressured into a car that I didn't totally love. Not today! Jeremy found me a car that has everything I wanted. He was so great to work with, I even sent my son there a couple of days later to buy his first new/used car! Brandon did an awesome job with the financing for both cars and taking the time to answer all questions! I'm a single mother of two and worried about getting screwed over but you guys made this so easy! I greatly appreciate your patience and humor through what could be a stressful process. These guys make buying a new vehicle what it's supposed to - FUN!! More

Excellent Experience My Wife and I called Germain Scion to check on a used Scion Tc that this dealership had posted on it's website to possibly purchase for our Son who is My Wife and I called Germain Scion to check on a used Scion Tc that this dealership had posted on it's website to possibly purchase for our Son who is Graduating from High School with honors and who has recently enlisted into the United States Marine Corps Delayed entry program. We basically wanted to reward our son with something special for his hard work and dedication over the past 12 years. in short, I spoke with a very kind individual by the nick-name of Jo-Jo (who we later discovered was Mr. Jeremy Obenauf) and who had informed us that the Vehicle of our interest was still in fact at the dealership, and then asked when we would like to come in and check it out. This was at roughly 13:00 hours. We stated that we could be there around roughly 5:00 p.m. on Monday the 19th of May however we actually arrived approximately an hour earlier and hoped that we were not interrupting any other customers with Mr. Obenauf. He had finished just a short time previously with another customer and he promptly met us and greeted us at the Door of the Dealership. (Please note that I had just had ankle surgery and was actually ambulating via a knee scooter and or crutches and therefore Mr. Obenauf invited us to his desk to have a seat while he made copies of our drivers license and insurance cards in order to possibly take a test ride, if we so desired. To make a long story short, Jo-Jo actually had scheduled and prepped the car for our Visit and we test road it with him and was impressed with both his customer service skills and his product knowledge of the vehicle as well as the quality and condition of the vehicle itself. We had also previously called a couple of other dealerships in the Central Ohio area inquiring into the availability of Scions from their website postings, however they either appeared to no longer have the desired vehicle, appeared too busy to negotiate on price (Which was typically higher than Germain or they appeared overly anxious to sell us something other than the vehicle we were actually wanting to look at, based on our previous research on the web and in consumer reports (Those other Dealerships were Tansky, Don Wood, Taylor, Byers,and Indian Mound in Newark). *Please understand that while we wanted something nice for our son, we also wanted a vehicle that possesses good gas mileage, has a good customer rating, and would be reasonable with cost. The Vehicle we purchased (The 2011 Scion Tc) was all of the above+ , and thanks to the help of Mr. Obenhauf and Mr. Brandon Dille, we were able to secure the vehicle we wanted at a reasonable price and with short delay. I personally feel we could not have received much better customer service than what we received from Mr. Obenauf and Mr. Dille that afternoon, and in the future when we talk to friends and family about potential car purchases, Mr. Obenauf's name will be the first person we mention in any conversation. His was a job well done and Germain Scion and used Vehicles should be proud to have an associate so dedicated to their business!! Diagnosis and Repair My Service Advisor, Billy Blanton, kept me informed throughout the diagnosis process on an issue in the front end of my Toyota Tacoma. I suspect that My Service Advisor, Billy Blanton, kept me informed throughout the diagnosis process on an issue in the front end of my Toyota Tacoma. I suspect that a pothole caused the issue with the front bearing. Because there was also an issue with the clutch fan, it was difficult to diagnose and fix the problems. Billy was very concerned about the inconvenience to me as the diagnosis and repair took longer than anticipated originally. He offered to provide a loaner vehicle and to make the process as convenient as possible. The bottom line is the repairs were eventually completed on the schedule given and the truck has operated flawlessly since then. I heartily recommend Mr. Blanton and Germain Toyota's Service Department. I have had all my service needs done there and will continue to do so. More

He was courteous and friendly and easy to work with once I arrived at the dealership. After our test drive I was unsure of the car and he suggested I walk around to search for something else. I settled on a Scion xB and both JoJo and Tony made my transaction easy and affordable. I never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle and the overall atmosphere of the dealership was welcoming and friendly. As a single female I was wary of walking into a dealership alone but JoJo and Tony made this my best car purchase. I highly recommend Germain Toyota and especially JoJo and Tony. If you go tell them Tiffany sent you and you won't be disappointed. More
