Second Toyota from them I've owned 3 Toyotas and this is the second one I have bought from Germain. I live closer to two other Toyota dealers but continue to drive across the city to work with the folks at Germain. Their service department has always been good and working with Kyle was nice. While it pays to always have all of your numbers ready to go when starting the process (online price printed out, kbb info in hand, financing lined up, etc...) Kyle made things go very smoothly. Yes, we haggled on the trade in price, and the dealer won, but at a price I could live with. The internet price of the Rav4 was UNDER kbb, so that was a plus. While I came in with financing in hand, Billy was able to check on the numbers and got us a better deal than the already competitive rate I had. I was shopping for a Nissan or Toyota and Toyota's 2 years of free service swayed me as did my continued allegiance of Germain Toyota. More

Aaron Lieb was the kindest car sales man we have ever worked with. He was very professional and no pressure sales. Greg Coby the sales manager was also great. Shawn Duboe in financing was Awesome too. We really appreciated the work of everyone there to get us into our dream second car. Started out with meeting Billy Blanton, whom assisted me with the servicing of the Camry I eventually traded in. Billy's attitude is great and he led me to speaking with Omar Jackson. Omar is a great guy. He didn't sugar coat anything that he could or couldn't do for me in trying to purchase a new toyota. He was upfront with me and told me what I would be looking at whether I bought new, used or leased. Omar introduced me to Marlin Black, another great guy. Marlin took a look at the Camry I had already, asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle, told me he'd be right back and came back with the Camry I have now. Marlin also was upfront about what he could and couldn't do for me in purchasing this vehicle. There was an issue with the breaks and rotors which he made sure was taken care of. During the first 30days of me having my car my heat went out, I called Marlin and he told me not to worry and to bring my vehicle in. That spoke volumes for me after learning that he was going through a tough time in his personal life but never slacked on his professionalism. I know some of these things couldn't have happened without the assistance of Greg Coby and Marvin Hill. I am forever greatful for meeting this entire crew, their all some great guys and Toyota is lucky to have them. More

Once at the dealership, we worked with Kyle, who was very knowledgable about the vehicle -- and helped us choose between two. Overall, from start to finish, within 24 hours we drove home the vehicle we had been looking for for weeks. It was a very positive experience! More
