They were friendly, honest, helpful, and professional during the entire experience. Any high pressure tactics would have turned me off, but Brian was quite the opposite. He was really easy to work with and very helpful explaining the vehicles I was looking at. He followed up with me in a very courteous way and understood why I did not move forward with buying a car at this point. This dealership is not one where if a sales person is not with a customer their grumpy and won't help each other out, Tracy really made a positive impression with his "every day is a good day" way of thinking. With other car purchases the only time I saw the manager was when... wait I actually never saw the manager at other dealerships, Marvin is tops in customer service and in creating a positive environment for his team. Normally the bad part of buying a car is meeting with financing, but Leo knows what he is doing and not just with car purchases he has extensive financial knowledge. My sales person Mike Rankin just blew me away with his focus on the customer, friendliness and professionalism. Mike anticipated and was able to answer questions that I didn't know I needed answered. If money were no object I would buy another car at this Germain location again just because it was such an awesome and positive experience. And just for the record on Saturday August 9th 2014 Mike Rankin and customer had the first sale and cow bell ring of the day. You all rock!!! Thank you all so very much. More
