Very poor service I was at the dealer on 4/11/15 because I was stranded in Columbus with 4 kids and wife, due to a bad batteries that I just purchased over two month ag I was at the dealer on 4/11/15 because I was stranded in Columbus with 4 kids and wife, due to a bad batteries that I just purchased over two month ago from Joseph Toyota. When I went to the dealer, I spoke with two men, one at the service desk and one at parts department and both nicely refused to help, unless I was setup for service. Before he can set me up for service I was able to switch it myself in less than 5 minutes with a pair of pliers, right on the parking lot. Thanks God I didn’t send my wife. For what I went through on the road at 9PM with kids and wife, I was expecting the dealer to give me the best service I have ever got before. As a loyal Toyota driver of 25 years more than 8 cars I was very disappointed. More
