Great Experience I was very interested in a Rav4, but didn't think I would be able to get into one because I had several months left on my current lease (a Nissan). I worked with Kyle Musselman and he not only was able to get me into a Rav4 but was able to get me into an upgraded model which I absolutely love. Kyle was very informative and not pushy at all. He wanted to make sure I was very happy with my vehicle. I love the atmosphere at Germain. Even when I bring my vehicle in for maintenance, the service people are so nice and get you in and out in such a timely manner. My family will definitely return to Germain Toyota for any new purchases, and will enjoy working with Kyle again. More

After reading his resume and background, it's no wonder he is dedicated and committed to whatever he does. I am most grateful to Zach and the service personnel at Germain Toyota for getting me back on the road in little over an hour after I arrived. I was fortunate to be within a few miles of the dealership when my 2007 4Runner experienced a transmission issue while traveling Rte. 70E back to Western Pa. When I called the service dept. Zach answered and said "As soon as you can get here, we'll do what we can for you." Zach and the staff members were most accommodating in welcoming me into the dealership and keeping me updated with their findings. He said he would hold the vehicle until I could get there. It was there as promised and I drove home with it that day. I was extremely happy with my 2012 Corolla (apart from th This is my second purchase from Germain Toyota and my second positive experience with them. I was extremely happy with my 2012 Corolla (apart from the fact that I wanted the cool touch screen and back up camera). I got an email from Adam on their sales team telling me that they could offer me a new car with $0 down and no increase in my payments. My first thought was "yea right, I've heard that from other dealers before." Adam came through though - without any hassle I got a 2016 Corolla S plus, $0 down, no increase in payments. They were true to their advertisement! Throughout the process, Adam was efficient and awesome to work with. Kip on the paperwork/financing side was very thorough in his explanation about the extra warranties and services offered. He was also very efficient. Overall, I had very little down time from start to finish. I have previous experience with the service department (maintenance only, I've never had an issue with my car) and again they've always been fantastic. I will continue to be a loyal customer. More
