I got out to check it out and Kenny popped out to see if I needed any help, I asked him if the car was sold already and he said the customer had backed out of buying it. I said good I'll buy it. I scheduled my appointment w/Andrew Frobel and he was my primary contact at Germain. He assisted me with my questions and then we test drove a RAV4. When features (additional cost) required a choose a different car, he was right there to help with that. He always had a smile on his face... and it wasn't fake... he meant it, which I truly appreciated. Bottom line... I drove my new RAV4 home last night and this was a thoroughly positive evening.
