Tanesha had it pulled inside so we could look at it without standing in the downpour. The price negotiation was painless. I noticed a screw in a tire on the truck but being Saturday evening and nearly closing time, all the technicians were gone. Tanesha assured me the tire would be fixed on Monday and then the vehicle could be delivered to my home on Tuesday. Tanesha stayed after the dealer closed for the night to make sure I got through financing smoothly. Asher Puri, also stayed late to get my paperwork complete. I have purchased over a dozen vehicles at various dealers and this was the fastest I have ever gotten paperwork signed. Asher moved through the paperwork seamlessly all while telling us stories about his family and his office decor. The conversation and interaction with Tanesha and Asher was refreshing and worth the 4hrs in a car on a Saturday night. On Tuesday, the Ridgeline was delivered to my home, 2hrs away, as promised. Illinois at least update you on what’s going on. Lastly, an oil change that cost $80+? Seriously? We bought the car there and normally oil change typically runs about $40-$60 and yes depends on type of oil. Why $80+???? More

All Needs Met, Epectations Exceeded! I had been looking at Toyota’s for a little over a year. I come from a “Toyota family” so I knew that was the route I wanted to go when my 10 year old I had been looking at Toyota’s for a little over a year. I come from a “Toyota family” so I knew that was the route I wanted to go when my 10 year old Mazda was starting to wear. Being new to the Columbus area, I had visited several dealerships; but it was all the same experience. I would come on the lot, start looking around, and then eventually be greeted (or not) by someone who would ask if I was ready to buy right now. Me being a first time buyer, I was unsure about my timeline and I felt like most dealerships sensed that and “shut down” the conversation almost immediately. Germain was a different experience all together; especially when working with Omar. I pulled on the lot and again started looking at Corollas. Within 30 seconds of me being there, Omar came out and greeted me asking what I was looking for. He then invited me inside to talk numbers, something no other dealership offered up until that point. I was impressed because, even if I wasn’t going to buy, it was nice to know that someone was going to sit down with me and go over figures to at least give me an idea and a ballpark figure to look at. Omar was great from start to finish. He walked me through the process and laid out the figures; really helping me get a payment and a package that I was comfortable with. I never felt pushed or pressured in any way. I went in thinking I was going to talk numbers and get a sense for what to expect when buying later, but I left with a 2019 Corolla. Germain and Omar were able to orchestrate a deal that was too good to pass up. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I would recommend Germain and especially Omar Jackson to any friends, family, or individuals looking for a new Toyota in the future. -BD More

Getting to the bottom of dead battery issues Our car, used by our granddaughter, was having issues with the battery being depleted during very cold weather. She was only driving the car to work l Our car, used by our granddaughter, was having issues with the battery being depleted during very cold weather. She was only driving the car to work less than 2 miles away each day. We took the car to Germain and Chris made sure that they would get to the bottom of it. After checking the car extensively, they found out that the battery needed replaced less than a month before the warranty was to expire. We owed nothing and are very pleased that Germain always has our back! More
