Top notch salesperson that goes the extra mile! I have never bought a car and have pretty bad anxiety in general and the process of buying a car was intimidating at first. I got the usual run around from a few dealerships before I found a car at Germain. Tanesha called me after I emailed the dealer about the car and set up an appointment quickly and easily. I could tell she really cares about people in the process of buying a car. She listened to me and was easy going and respectful. At no point did I feel pressured or lost in the process. I bought the car on the spot and they even fixed and painted the bumper which had a tiny ding in it. If you want a car but need someone who’s going to help you like a friend I can’t say enough about Tanesha Dixon and the caliber of her character. She even checked in with me to see if everything went ok the day after I picked up the car (even though she had missed work with a cold). She’s a real trooper and that’s more than I expected and I’m grateful to know when I want another car down the road I can call on her. More
