He went along with me for the test drive and we discussed mutual interests along the drive unrelated to the car (so it felt more personal than transactional). He answered all of my questions and then alerted that the car rental agency would be able to pick up the rental from the dealership vs the headache of trying to coordinate transportation for that. Drove home in the car he helped me with on the same day. Highly recommended. More
