While everyone I encountered was fantastic, this particular visit and process was the most difficult out of all of my leases through this dealership. Mark was great Went in for my normal 15K appt. I knew I was a month or two overdue and he took the time to note that my 2yr free maint agreement was ending in a coup Went in for my normal 15K appt. I knew I was a month or two overdue and he took the time to note that my 2yr free maint agreement was ending in a couple weeks. He updated my appt to be my 20K so that I got my oil changed, etc. and it was covered under the free maintenance. This is the type of service that will keep my coming back to germain for my maintenance and leasing, etc. More

This dealership was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They repaired a paint issue on my Corolla and the coat now looks good as new.
