Not a good experience. Set up the appointment but didn’t really help. 40 minute wait before we got a call back to finance.Table was not level in showroom and my wife spilled hot chocolate on her new coat. That added another 20 minutes.Pushed extended warranty on us and failed to tell us there was a 200 dollar deductible.Then went to get the car and salesperson didn’t explain anything about the car. Put the plates on and sent me on my way. I received a call 4 days later that they didn’t get a copy of my drivers license. I’m a preferred customer too. I love Toyota. I won’t ever go back to that dealership. More

Overall I feel that the service department at Germain Toyota has a good process when customers arrive. Generally they do a nice job of getting repairs done in a timely manner. I arrived for my service appointment at 10:15 am and was met by Mark. Great smile, by the way, as he opened my car door he said I will meet you inside. He got me checked in and told me he would meet me in met by Mark. Great smile, by the way, as he opened my car door he said I will meet you inside. He got me checked in and told me he would meet me inside as soon as the car was finished. I must tell you I was quite surprised when he came back in after maybe 45 minutes or so and told me the car was finished. The tires were rotated they did a visual inspection topped off the fluids and I was ready to hit the road again. Thank you for such great service. More
