The service provider Chris was great. I have a company car and the Fleet company that approves service is called “Wheels”. “Wheels” is very challenging to work with. You can never get a live person on the phone and when submitting online for approval it could take HOURS for them to get back to the service provider and approve or deny. This really jams up the service line. And makes the customer wait for up to like 3 hours. - this was none of Germain Toyota’s fault. But, Chris was great. He was honest .. straightforward and understanding. Even with the challenges with “Wheels” he still provided the best customer service and experience that he was able to do. A very honest hard working professional. More

Thank you Asher Puri for taking my grievance seriously and resolving it quickly, fairly, and to my satifaction. Honestly, had I realized Asher was the business manager, my issue probably would've been resolved a lot quicker. Sunny is a great salesman. Even after my purchase, he's helped answer questions and researched a few things for me. Lincoln and Brian were great to work with as well. We all could have avoided the issue had we done our due diligence, but mistakes happen and Germain takes their mistakes seriously. Thank you to the sales and finance team for selling me my vehicle and resolving the issue quickly. More

He was a great help to my daughter who traded in her 2019 Corolla Hatchback S and purchased a new Corolla Cross. Alanna and her husband Cain, were very pleased with the attention to detail and the best deal presented to them after shopping at two other Toyota dealers. My wife and I dealt with Jared for the first time after he located a 2025 Corolla Cross XLE-AWD in Soul Red! Jared enthusiastically noted that it was manufactured in Huntsville, Alabama, and he explained the various options that were included while we went for a test drive. When we were satisfied with the price, Finance Manager A.J. Castin met with us to complete the deal. We couldn’t be more pleased with Jared’s and A.J.’s attitude and attention to details by satisfying us! More
