Exceptional Used Car Purchase Experience at Germain Nissan I purchased a used Infiniti and was blown away by the professionalism of Karen Klein and Ryan Farkas. For starters we drove 2-hours to see the car. I purchased a used Infiniti and was blown away by the professionalism of Karen Klein and Ryan Farkas. For starters we drove 2-hours to see the car. Karen was my point of contact and readily handled all of my questions. Once we showed up, Ryan took over and spent the right amount of time answering questions and providing feedback. What impressed me the most about Ryan was that he grabbed a bottle of wax and was working with my wife to determine whether some minor scratches would come out of the passenger-side door. When I went to pick up my all-weather floor mats, he personally cleaned my tire rims of that first week brake-lube that gets on them . And he also drove my Rogue through their car wash .
