I wanted to let you know about a fantastic experience I had with your dealership service department. More specifically With Greg West. My Daughter Erin is a sophomore at OSU and we bought her a 2013 Alti had with your dealership service department. More specifically With Greg West. My Daughter Erin is a sophomore at OSU and we bought her a 2013 Altima this year. As she was driving 2 weeks ago Friday her car went through a pot hole and immediately began losing air. We live out of State so after a few calls a tow service changed her tire to the spare. The next day I called your dealership and was connected to Greg. I explained the situation to him including the fact we live out of State and Erin really wasn't sure how to take care of this as this was her first time with any kind of car trouble . He was great and told me as a fellow Dad he would get her I that day despite the fact you guys were already booked. Erin showed up at 1 as Greg had asked and got her car in right away. Within an hour Greg had identified the issue and fixed the tire. He was extremely kind to Erin and went way beyond the call of duty to ensure she was taken care of. As a Dad who's daughter is 5 hours away I can't tell you how much it means to know that there are still great people out there like Greg willing to help total strangers. I just bought a used 06 Nissan Maxima. I went to Alan Friedman at Germain Nissan because my fiance had told me to go there. Alan worked with my budget and he was able to find the perfect car for me. At first it was a little over my budget but he worked with me and I was able to get the Maxima. this was a definite upgrade from my previous car and I never thought I could find a car like this for the price. I had to sleep on it, and Alan was very good with keeping in touch with me. I then went back in the next night and after several hours of trying to work out my credit situation, Alan was very nice and worked with us! I absolutely love my car and love driving it. The next time I am looking for a car, I will be going back to Alan. More

My wife and I went to this Nissan dealer to look at cars to lease. Alan let us test drive a Nissan Sentra. We were just finishing our lease on our Honda Civic. Alan worked with us on getting the price to the place we could afford and also asked the management to take a hundred off of the deposit which was actually the 1st month's rental. We were very pleased with everyone working to help our budget. And, we are very excited about our Sentra. We love the color and brand. I have just recently purchased a used 08 Nissan Altima from Alan Friedman and I absolutely love the car! This in fact is the 2nd car in which I have purchased from Alan and I have had a great experience i from Alan Friedman and I absolutely love the car! Alan is very easy to talk with and was very good with communication on getting back and forth to me about the cars I was interested in at the time. I am not an easy person to always get along with when I am buying a car because obviously I want to feel that I got a deal. Alan has worked with me and made me a very happy car owner in both situations. In fact I have referred 2 or 3 friends and family to see him in which they have also bought cars from him. He is a very happy guy and I know even when I show up for an oil change or a car wash Alan is like a friend and talks with me which I have never had at any other dealerships! The dealership looks and acts very professional and friendly from the receptionst, to Alan Friedman to the finance guy and the other employees. Through our many trial drives on the pathfinder and the Rogue we were not rushed or pushed to make a decision but infromed on each vehicle that hepled in our decision to buy a 2014 Rogue. While we shopped the deal to other dealers in columbus, in the end Alan helped to broker the best deal. The transaction went very smooth to the agreed upon price throgh closing. Alan spent a a good amount of time explanning how the Rogue worked with all its refined electronics etc. This is the second nissan purchased through Germain and worked with Alan on both and always a very smooth and professional experience. Also went with my daughter Jen to Germian again working with Alan another good experience. There must be a reson why we continue to go back to Alan Friedman to work the car deal that we will be happy with.
