Longtime Nissan Customer , first time Germain customer. After shopping around for a few weeks looking to trade my car in for an SUV, this dealerships customer service set them , first time Germain customer. After shopping around for a few weeks looking to trade my car in for an SUV, this dealerships customer service set them apart from the rest. They listened to my questions and concerns. They had amazing followup and this ultimately sold me. The other 2 dealerships I was working with was slow to respond to questions and I felt like there was a middle man always between the conversations. At Germain Nissan my experience was completely different. Alan immediately introduced me to the GM, cutting the back and forth conversations out. They both made me feel so comfortable and were a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Alan, for the first time ever I actually know how all my features of my car worked as well.
