Excellent people to di buisness with I have been shopping for a certified Nissan Murano for quite some time and have had so many bad experiences at other places. I live in the Chicagoland I have been shopping for a certified Nissan Murano for quite some time and have had so many bad experiences at other places. I live in the Chicagoland area and have had to broaden my search. I reached out to Germain Nissan in Columbus Ohio, from the very first call to the day I drove off the lot with my car I have had excellent service. Mike Banton was so accommodating in confirming every detail of the vehicle. He was aware that I was driving over 5 hrs to buy the vehicle sight unseen and I did not want any surprises. He disclosed EVERYTHING! They included pictures of any and all slight flaws ( which were miniscule.) After 3 months of bad experiences looking for my perfect certified vehicle I owe it to Germain Nissan for reinstating my trust in humanity.
