She didn't pressure me to buy at that time- just let me have the time I needed to think it over. I had gone to another dealership and did not have a good experience so I returned on Monday to Germain Nissan of Columbus. Lauren wasn't available but had informed her teammate Daryl of my needs so there would be a seamless transition. He was also very professional as was the rest of the team.
