Great Car and Service Our family purchased a Nissan Altima at the Germain Nissan. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and frendliness of employees. Charlie Gregory was very professional and knowledgeable about the products during the whole experience. Along with our purchase, we have had oil changes and numerous car washes along with our Xylon Car Protection Package. After buying the car, Charlie gave us a tutorial on its amazing functions and has maintained contact to cover any additional questions we may have had. Could not ask for a better sales person. Exceptional Used Car Purchase Experience at Germain Nissan I purchased a used Infiniti and was blown away by the professionalism of Karen Klein and Ryan Farkas. For starters we drove 2-hours to see the car. I purchased a used Infiniti and was blown away by the professionalism of Karen Klein and Ryan Farkas. For starters we drove 2-hours to see the car. Karen was my point of contact and readily handled all of my questions. Once we showed up, Ryan took over and spent the right amount of time answering questions and providing feedback. What impressed me the most about Ryan was that he grabbed a bottle of wax and was working with my wife to determine whether some minor scratches would come out of the passenger-side door.
