Happy with my experience at Germain I'm driving a 2016 CX5 Mazda - red with parchment leather interior - and I'm very happy! I shopped around at another Mazda dealership and test drove comparable Hondas & Jeeps but what sold me was based on two things: I loved all the features of the car and how the people at Germain treated me. I'm a 60 year old female and appreciate how sincere they were in asking for my business. No creepy car sales approach at Germain. I was treated well and I would recommend this dealership - and this car -- to everyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

They know how a customer should be treated! I put a lot of thought and research into my new car purchase. When I walked into Germain Mazda and told them that, expained exactly what I wanted, and I put a lot of thought and research into my new car purchase. When I walked into Germain Mazda and told them that, expained exactly what I wanted, and asked for their very best quote they did exactly that. Not once did they question my choice or try to sell me something else - which is what Byers did...Ricart didn't seem the least bit interested in my business. The guys asked for my business and stood behind that. As a woman, many people told me to bring a man. Not necessary at this dealership; respect is their priority and they earned mine in return. Germain Mazda employs people who are honest, caring, and enjoy what they do. I anticipate that my future interactions with Terry and the other staff will be positive as well (so much so that less than 24 hours after buying my car I have already confidently recommended them to a friend.) More

He answered all of my questions and was HIGHLY personable. The staff, in general, love working there. You can really tell that they love working for the company and what they do. They provided excellent service and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision. I did end up buying a car but not because I was pressured into it. Damon attended to the financial transaction and was extremely affable and helpful. Everything he explained was clear and concise, and I felt no undue pressure to purchase anything I knew I couldnt afford. We found a car I fell in love with and he did everything to hold onto it while we got everything settled with the insurance. never once was too pushy and even after I bought my car has made sure everything has been okay!
