Brand New Lincoln Black Label. Dealership has had the car 3 times as the car dies after 3 days of no use. I told them I would pick it up today - it its not washed and the car not running. Useless staff car 3 times as the car dies after 3 days of no use. I told them I would pick it up today - it its not washed and the car not running. Useless staff. I am annoyed at the dealership and FORD. They cant figure out what is wrong with the car and they just tell you a BS story every time. USELESS and they don't CARE. The car has a problem it does not work. One of the staff members said "well you cant keep the key in the car". Right and the key wasn't in the car as it say in their parking lot for 3 days !!!!! No CLUE More

I took my Lincoln for service recently and Justin Yoerger & Scott Moesner were my service reps. He was right there to greet me at the check in area and informed me on what they were going to do to the vehic & Scott Moesner were my service reps. He was right there to greet me at the check in area and informed me on what they were going to do to the vehicle and approximately how long it would take. He did offer me a ride or a loaner if I desired. Justin kept me informed on the status of the repair and made sure I was comfortable during my wait. Maloney at the snack station also checked to see if I wanted some coffee, soda, juice etc. this dealership service department give you first class treatment. That is why I chose Lincoln and Germaine for my dealership. More
