I took my Lincoln for service recently and Justin Yoerger & Scott Moesner were my service reps. He was right there to greet me at the check in area and informed me on what they were going to do to the vehic & Scott Moesner were my service reps. He did offer me a ride or a loaner if I desired. Justin kept me informed on the status of the repair and made sure I was comfortable during my wait. Maloney at the snack station also checked to see if I wanted some coffee, soda, juice etc. this dealership service department give you first class treatment.
