On my last two visits I have had major problems with your concierge / loaner car operation. The last concierge return of our car was 6 hours late. We waisted a big part of a day waiting on our car. Last week I decided to drop the car off for service to avoid anymore concierge issues. I made the appointment a month before and was promised a loan on the day of service. Guess what? No loaner was available. I waisted two and half hours in your waiting room. With both my problems your Service representative blamed poor service on Enterprise rental cars who handle your loaners, etc. My problem is with Germain…not Entetprise. If you have trouble with them…then you need to fix it. We have a Mercedes as well. We have NEVER had any problems with their loaner policy. As you may know….they OWN their rentals. As a person who has had about 10 Lincoln’s …..I am getting less enchanted with the brand event time I have one of these very controllable service issues. I dread the idea of bringing our expensive new car into you for regular service! More

Germain picked up my car for an oil change, Henry called and said the oil change would be $270, on their web site it’s $145. I said I would ask my husband if he wanted it done, he was Ill and I was taking c and said the oil change would be $270, on their web site it’s $145. I said I would ask my husband if he wanted it done, he was Ill and I was taking care of the car so we could return to mi for medical care, and that I would call back within an hour, I called back and Henry said the work was already done and the car couldn’t be returned until it was paid for. We needed the car so I put the total, of $306, for an oil change, on our visa. Lincoln motor co complaint dept said they don’t deal with dealership disputes, but they did call Germain 3 times and asked Germain to call me.Germain did call and offered me a free oil change next year, i said we were unable to return next year, he said he would call back but didn’t. I disputed the charge with Bank of America, they said they could only deal with quality of work. Roxanne Murphy More

Brand New Lincoln Black Label. Dealership has had the car 3 times as the car dies after 3 days of no use. I told them I would pick it up today - it its not washed and the car not running. I am annoyed at the dealership and FORD. They cant figure out what is wrong with the car and they just tell you a BS story every time. USELESS and they don't CARE. The car has a problem it does not work. One of the staff members said "well you cant keep the key in the car". Right and the key wasn't in the car as it say in their parking lot for 3 days !!!!! No CLUE More
