My service appointments have always been on time and efficient. Waiting in the lounge area is very comfortable and staff check on you and will provide water, coffees, teas, etc. The service agent thro efficient. Do not buy here. They are selling vehicles with known driving defects (2023 Navigators). They acknowledge the defect after purchase and then note there is nothing t They are selling vehicles with known driving defects (2023 Navigators). They acknowledge the defect after purchase and then note there is nothing they can do about it. But they cheerfully offer to help with the Lemon Law process. Unfortunately, you still have a lemon to deal with. I would never buy here again. Major, costly mistake for me. More

Michael in the service department had always been very helpful but I had not had any experience with sales at the dealership, until now. First, Lindsey Downs, communicated over the phone many times to sh helpful but I had not had any experience with sales at the dealership, until now. First, Lindsey Downs, communicated over the phone many times to share info on a new Navigator and the value of my trade-in. She was very helpful. I had decided to compare deals at another Florida Lincoln dealership but before driving to that dealership I called Germain. Lindsey was off, so Ed Falcone helped me. Ed too was very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. He showed me the Navigator I wanted, had my trade-in valued quickly, and made the experience very enjoyable. Tony in Finance was also great to work with. The whole process took only three hours, and I’m now enjoying my new Navigator purchased at Germain, thanks to a great sales team and a great experience. More
