Instead of taking a loaner (which was immediately offered), I chose to wait the approximate 90 minutes for the work to be completed (which included two recommended additional actions), and worked from the dealership's very fine customer center (good latte...). Work was completed on time, car returned clean as a whistle. This is servicer on the level that I used to expect from BMW, and am so pleased to see it from Lincoln. Great dealership all around.
