And I had the retiree plan from Ford - mine was a straight forward deal here - But they Treated me like I was a VIP! Can’t say enough about Mr.David Kern - his authenticity reminds you of the good ‘ole days, Lovely man. Glad I made the 2 hour drive - like my friend said - It’s worth it! More
Service Rep I have had my Lincoln MKZ in for service twice and the service rep Cheryl Rehkopf was excellent in taking care of the problems. She was very professio I have had my Lincoln MKZ in for service twice and the service rep Cheryl Rehkopf was excellent in taking care of the problems. She was very professional in explaining what needed to be repaired and that the repairs were covered under warranty. Then she contacted Enterprise Rental Car and set up a rental car for the night. Right after arriving home MS Rehkopf called to inform me that the parts would be available in the morning. She said she would contact me as soon as it was repaired which was around noon the next day. In todays market we don't always experience this type of dedicated service. Germain Lincoln can be proud of the dedication to the customer MS Rehkopf has displayed. William H. Lee More

Got me good on a used car, don’t make my mistake. Bought a used 2013 Lincoln Navigator 9 months ago which no longer meets our needs. Brought to dealer to sell back and now car has depreciated over 10, Bought a used 2013 Lincoln Navigator 9 months ago which no longer meets our needs. Brought to dealer to sell back and now car has depreciated over 10,000. Plus all the money for dealer fees, taxes, and down payment. Thank you Germain for being such shady car salesman. I hope your satisfied knowing you have now put my family in this situation. You should have stepped up and made it right. You could have helped achieve my payoff and still been able to make $4,000. On the used car but that’s not enough for you. I am not an avid review writer but I hope my reviews of your dealerships actual practices save just one family from being in the position we are in.
