I initially visited Germain's of Easton, even though it wasn't as close to me as their Dublin dealership, because my sister had previously purchased an RX300 (and recently purchased a new RX350 as well)and wasn't as close to me as their Dublin dealership, because my sister had previously purchased an RX300 (and recently purchased a new RX350 as well)and she was very pleased with the dealership's service, and of course, the Lexus itself. From that first meeting with Justin Bay almost three years ago, my wife and I felt very comfortable with both he and the top quality facility that they have there. We have now purchased our second Lexus from Justin (GX460) and continue to feel very confident in the dealership. Everyone there has made us feel like any questions or concerns we have are very important to them. We had some issues with our RX350 and Service Manager Milt Erb was extremely dedicated to solving our concerns. I love the friendliness and atmosphere of Germain. When I bought my Lexus I had my daughter with me and she became bored very fast. He brought the car to our home to test drive, then when we did purchase the vehicle he programmed the navigation systemn with our address, and explained how to work it. He downloaded our contacts from our cell phone into the bluetooth system and connected both phones. He was extremely thourough. I spoke with Preston Hutchins on the phone prior to my visit. Once I arrived at the dealership Preston had the cars out ready for me to look at, he had the comparisons already printed out, etc. After so visit. He did not try and sell me on something I did not want. Preston was extremely well versed on the Lexus car we wanted/purchased. He absolutely knew all there was about the car and he shared the information with me which was reassuring prior to the purchase. Also I asked him to deliver the car the next day with a Christmas bow wrapped around it and he did. It was a Christmas surprise for my wife and she loved the whole set up! It was like out of a commercial for her! Talk about a life time memory! He has since followed up with us (unconditionally) multiple times to make sure all was in good working order as well as to see if there was anything else we needed. Additionally he is/has been trustworthy, this is important to us for future business together.
