We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and both times we worked with Janet. If you can rate buying a new car as a fun experience both of our purchases were fun. At no time were we rushed or pushed to make a purchase. As for service, Germain has to have the best service consultants and department of any dealership I have dealt with. For price I have given Germain a 4, we all know our trade-in is worth more and that new cars always cost to much. Overall we have been very satisfied with pricing. Great dealership!! More

I believe ALL of their employees have had EXTENSIVE training in customer service.
