I have always been impressed with the quality of customer service I have received at Germain. My best experience has been through the service department, specifically Alena Bankes. Alena has always been prompt at returning my calls and providing me information that has helped solve problems, even if it was not a specific "service issue" - for example when I was having difficulty understanding why a satelite radio service was not working. The last vehicle I leased was through Dennis Jacob. Dennis worked well with me in finding the vehicle I was interested in leasing for the next three years. He also helped expedite the process in order that I spent the least amount of time as necessary to finalize the deal. More
I have purchased five new cars from Germain Lexus. Each time I have received exceptional and courteous service. Once when traveling out of state I had a problem and was not able to get the help I needed fr time I have received exceptional and courteous service. Once when traveling out of state I had a problem and was not able to get the help I needed from the local Lexus dealer. I called Germain Lexus and my salesperson made a call on my behalf. Problem solved. Cliff Stoudt is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. During my most recent car buying experience Cliff made sure that I received the same level of service that I have come to expect. Then he went one step further. I was impressed that he included my wife Karen in our conversation and answered each and every question that she had in a very professional manner. The experiences that I had and continue to have with Germain Lexus of Easton is FAR superior to the other dealerships. Every time I go there whether for routine maintenance or to purchase leather cleaner (no Armor All on this baby), or to ask a question, EVERY employee there cannot do enough for me. I believe ALL of their employees have had EXTENSIVE training in customer service. I have also noticed how the entire staff works as a cohesive unit whose exclusive goal is to deliver a wonderful product and service that is second to none!!! Jane S. Fishman More
We have dealt with Janet for several years on different car purchases. We love dealing with her. She will work her hardest on getting you the best deal, find the right car, and does not pressure you into car purchases. We love dealing with her. You could buy a Lexus somewhere else, but you will not be treated as well as you are by Cliff and the rest of the staff at Germain. More
