In all the years of buying new vehicles, I can honestly say, working with you has been my most enjoyable experience. I say this for several reasons: 1.) The first time my wife and I entered to only look, we had no intention to buy that day, you took the time to explain the features and benefits of the car more thoroughly than they had ever been explained by anyone ever before. Your knowledge of the vehicle’s features and benefits was AMAZING! We didn’t buy that first model, but I was so impressed with your knowledge and time commitment to us while we were “window shopping” that I knew I wanted to buy a car from you. 2.) When I did come to make a deal on a new Lexus, you took the time to listen to me, considered my financial parameters and I felt you worked hard to get me a deal. We ended up “closing” our deal well after normal business hours; yet you weren’t pressured “by the clock” and I knew it. That was very much appreciated. 3.) Lastly, I was not able to pick up the car during the next couple of days, so you took the time to actually deliver the car to our house. I’ve purchased several Lexus’ and BMW’s in my lifetime and I have NEVER had a sales professional deliver the vehicle…or even offer to do so! You went well beyond my expectations the first time we met, Cliff, and it continued through the purchase transaction. It was indeed a pleasure working with you. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and both times we worked with Janet. If you can rate buying a new car as a fun experience both of our purchases were fun. At no time were we rushed or pushed to make a purchase. As for service, Germain has to have the best service consultants and department of any dealership I have dealt with. For price I have given Germain a 4, we all know our trade-in is worth more and that new cars always cost to much. Overall we have been very satisfied with pricing. Great dealership!! More

The sales staff was great once again. This time we had the pleasure of working with Erika Lee from Germain Lexus of Easton. She made every step of the process easy and explained everything to make us feel more comfortable during the entire process. I would highly recommend looking her up if you visit the Lexus portion of the Germain dealership. We always shop for our vehicles online through Autotrader and their vehicles are consistently priced among the lowest given similiar vehicles, options, and mileage. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for for future purchases pre-owned or new. We have visited upwards of 100 dealerships in the past couple years and I can honestly say they rank near the top in all aspects. Don't hesitate to make the drive, you won't be disappointed with your experience, plus the Easton area is a shoppers dream so you can make a day of it. More

I get tea when I pick my car up because I come after work to pick the car up hungry and tired. they expediant and polite. Buying the cars from Mr. Jacobs was the best experience we have ever had. He was constant but patient since we did not know what model car we wanted. he respectfully called us many times, and he even brought a car to our house for us to get motivated.
