After each new vehicle purchase, Janet has continued to keep in touch with us to say "hi", to see how things are going with our car, and to keep us updated on new things that are going on with the Lexus product line and with the Germain dealership. Our experience with Service Advisor Alena Bankes has been equally outstanding. At each service appointment she reviewed each item that will be serviced and asked if we have any other service needs to look at and if we had any other questions. After the service was completed, Alena followed-up a few days later to see if everything with the service experience was great. I was looking to purchase the Lexus IS 350 there are no Lexus dealers in my Dentist. If you have a Dealer or Dentist you know and trust no problem. I was looking to purchase the Lexus IS 350 there are no Lexus dealers in my area, therefore I had to research dealers via the internet. After visiting the Germain Easton Website James Manville contacted me invited me to come in and look over their dealership selection and take a test drive. He took me to their impressive customer service lounge and invited me to have refreshment while a test car was readied, while test driving I was impressed how James offered his knowledge of the product, but did not pressure me in the least to purchase the product. I said I would think about it overnite and that was fine with him. I decided I did like the vehicle and made a counter offer which they accepted. I returned the following day they had readied the vehicle, their closing process is so streamlined they take you thru it effortless and you are on your way with your new vehicle. We recently purchased a certified used Rx 350. We searched a 250 mile radius and visited several Lexus dealerships. We worked with James - He was very helpful throughout and not of the typical car salesman mold. The process was very laid back, informative and even entertaining. He was able to produce very detailed service records for the vehicle we purchased and we got the feeling that there wasn't anything he was hiding. We also enjoyed working with Eric - He made the financing process very easy and understandable. Eric also provided some helpful advice as to how we should handle taxes since we were from out of state. We would highly recommend this dealership and specifically, James and Eric.
