This is my second experience of purchasing a certified pre-owned Lexus from Germain Lexus of Easton, and Preston Hutchins. Preston always makes the experience relaxed and rewarding. Germain Lexus and their sales team overall is an exellent experience. Not only do they discuss all the options available for the sale, explain in detail what is going to happen, they serve you drinks and snacks to make any wait time as enjoyable as possible! Preston treats each sale like family, and my wife and I always look forward to returning to Germain for the experience of a lifetime. When we arrived Preston was busy on a test drive when we walked in the door, and we were immediately greeted by Ericka. She proceeded to show us the car that we were there to pickup, even though it was not her sale or duty to spend time with us. Little things like these make the dealership stand out from the others, and makes us proud to recommend Germain of Easton to anyone for future purchases of automobiles. John and Judy Pletcher More
I was not in the market to purchase a vehicle untilI my son purchased a Prius 3 in late December. After driving his Prius I soon found myself looking at Hybrids to replace my Highlander. The Highlander was my 10th vehicle and 4th Toyota. My experience with the 4 Toyotas has been excellent so I was quit serious about a Prius 4 or 5 even though it is a newer technology. I decided to give the Lexus Hybrids a look before making a decision. From the moment I first walked into Lexus of Easton and was introduced to Bryan Jordan in new car sales I knew it was going to be a different experience than the previous 10 new car purchases. And oh was it! After a test drive I read most of the owners manual on the Lexus website and was convinced an HS250h was for me. So I did my homework and knew what I was willing to pay if they had the vehicle in the right color and options. Bryan did not have one in inventory and to my pleasant surprise never attempted to sell me something else from their inventory. Instead he found my vehicle of choice at a Virginia Lexus dealer and had it transported to Columbus within a couple of days. Bryan and I quickly came to an agreement. I got the price I thought was fair and he made a little profit which is okay by me. As for service after the sale, if it is as good as my experience so far with Germain Lexus I will be a Lexus owner from this day forward. More
Great car at a great price. Aso was easy to work with and provided low pressure exemplary service. He even picked up my wife at her house so she didn't have to worry about her old car and how to pick it and provided low pressure exemplary service. Contacted this dealership after seeing the car on autotrader.com. The communication via email with Aso Danso was great. I came down for a weekend to test drive the car and then made the purchase submitting payment through a wire. Aso gathered all the required paper work for me as quickly as possible. I came back a couple weeks after to pick up the car and it was as good as i remembered it. Outside of the price point, where I thought they could've been a little more accommodating, this dealership and Aso in particular were great. More

I had done seveal hours of searching for a vehicle for my daughter and had a list of possible cars. My daughter liked the looks of this car on line and so we called and set an appointment. Erika Lee provided outstanding customer service and was willing to work with me based on my schedule. Already having what I wanted in mind we went and took a 10-15 minute test drive, The car performed satisfactory to me and my daughter liked it so we bought it. After I had the car for a few days I noticed a few minor defects I had not seen the night I bought it but nothing that I feel would have changed my mind on purching the car. I have purchased 7 new vehicles and 4 used vehicles over the last 21 years and I have never experienced customer service like I did last night. (in a positive way!) I came from out of town to purchase my pre-owned Lexus IS 250 and could not have been any happier with my experience at Germain Lexus of Easton. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly there. My salesman, Aso Danso, went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and meet all of my needs. I was so happy with the price of the car, the condition of the car, and the service I received before I even got there that I drove almost 6 hours to purchase my car there. They did not hassle me or try to talk me into doing anything I did not want to do. The financial guy was very helpful and straightforward and made the process extremely painless. They also met my financial rate that I had been approved for and even extended my warranty for no extra cost! If I lived closer to the dealership I would never buy a car from any other dealership, but even though they are so far away from me I would definitely consider driving back there to purchase another car in the future. The salesman who worked with me over a period of 3 days made a world of difference. I owned a Lexus that I needed to trade in or sell elsewhere in order to pay for another. First of all, Mr Danso made an offer for my vehicle and showed me on paper what, given the price of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, the breakdown would be. The first deal that I was offered was outside of my budget. I made a counter offer. Mr Danso went to his manager to see whether a better deal could be offered by the dealership. We went back and forth like this over a period of 3 days. I know the stereotypes about car salesmen and I don't consider myself gullible or naive. I had made it clear to Mr Danso that I did not have to buy the vehicle there and then. And I certainly could take my time to sell my vehicle on the open market. I was in no big hurry, I said. And I was sincere in stating so. I was not bluffing. Mr Danso must have believed me because from that point onward, I felt that he really made an effort to go the extra mile for me. His manager, obviously, wanted to play hardball, perhaps believing that it did not matter - to him, at least - whether I walked away or not. Mr Danso, on the other hand, was determined to make a sale. And realizing that I could and would walk away without any regrets, he turned on the full force of his persuasive powers not only on me but also on his manager. He explained pricing to me, financing options, the meaning of Certification, and that the “Certified” status was removable. He worked out mathematically on paper how different scenarios would work out, he stated the case for my buying from the dealership rather than elsewhere, he coaxed, cajoled, made concessions and came back again and again with compromises. By Friday night, we had no deal. His manager would not budge. The manager felt that he'd made the best offer that he could on a very fine, loaded SUV. On Saturday morning, I replayed some of the arguments that Mr Danso had made in my mind. They made sense. They rang true. We were close. A mutually beneficial deal was in danger of being scuttled by a mere $500. Mr Danso called later in the morning and said that he shared the same sentiments. I told him that I would give him another chance or walk if he could not get his manager to budge. Then I waited. Sure enough, Mr Danso went to his manager and made the case that if the dealership and I could split the difference, both parties would walk away with what each wanted. His manager relented. While I would spend $250 more than I had intended, I really felt that I owed it to this young man, to see to it that his hard work had paid off. So I relented too. I'm now the happy owner of the SUV. And the dealership made money on the deal. I hope that they recognize the extraordinary lengths that Mr Aso Danso went to, just to keep a potential customer from walking away and to make the customer happy. More
