I was in no hurry to purchase, and could have even waited another year, but Alyssa worked to inform me when vehicles I liked came onto the lot, and then negotiated a good price on my new Lexus and trade-in that was extremely satisfactory to me and my fiance. He does all the additional research to be sure we are getting the best product at the best price, so I have no doubt we did. Alyssa filled in any gaps at the appropriate times to provide information from other sources as to why I would be happy to own a Lexus. I am indeed happy to own my 2012 Lexus and will be extremely proud to drive my clients in it. Ted Santagata(pre owned manager) and Kevin Daniels(service advisor) made sure the vehicle exceeded all expectations for a Lexus Certified Vehicle. We still own the first Lexus we purchased here in 2001 and plan on driving it for many years to come(the maintenance on this vehicle has been very affordable along with the great service experience for the last 10 years. Melvin helped me on the phone prior to visiting Germain Lexus. On the way to see the car we had my daughter repeat over and over "Melvin we are not buying a car tonight".
