Great experience in buying a car from Aso at Germain. His knowledge of the product & his communication style made it very easy to understand what I wanted to know about the car I was considering. Aso was a very good salesman. I would have to say that one of the reasons I bought the car was because Aso was not pushy. He did not make me feel pressured to buy the car. He presented the car to me in a pleasant manner, which I thought was great. He was helpful and had a great personality. I trusted that he was telling me the truth about the car. Melvin helped me on the phone prior to visiting Germain Lexus. On the way to see the car we had my daughter repeat over and over "Melvin we are not buying a car tonight". When we got there and saw the car Lexus. On the way to see the car we had my daughter repeat over and over "Melvin we are not buying a car tonight". When we got there and saw the car my daughter said to Melvin "We are so buying this car tonight". We did buy the car and Iove it. During the purchase I met Aso Danso. Even though he was not my initial point of contact he has become my go to guy at Germain. I know I can call him with any questions and he has even helped coordinate service for me. I will gladly refer friends to Aso and plan on purchasing my next car from him as well. More
Recently purchased a 2011 IS 250C. Alyssa Shea was the sales representative. She was outstanding. She answered all the questions we had, either personally, or obtained the answer from someone else at th sales representative. She was outstanding. She was very patient with me, and I say that because I do a lot of homework before purchasing a car, both about the model and the finances. Bottom line...........it felt like we were buying a car from a friend, not the more typical hard pressure sales people we usually encounter. More
We came to look & drove off the lot with 2 used cars. Aso was very attentive & knowledgable. He had our hands-free phones set up before we drove off the lot. The only less than desirable part was the wait for the finance part -- which we know was unique with our buying two vehicle & in a business name. We were offered drinks but we should have left & come back later or next day. I am sure neither Aso or us knew it would have taken so long. So I would suggest that be an option for next time he sells two cars at one time. Overall we had a very good experience and we were not pressured or hassled - which we loved. Overall a pleasant experience. More
After a short amount of time had passed, I was eager to test drive the new Lexus CT200h Premium. Thankfully, Mr. Havey took care of us, despite feeling discouraged at times. Seeing the car, driving it, and Mr. Havey's overall help with everything, I am glad I chose Germain Lexus of Easton! My partner and I are happy now that we walked in when we did and we did business there, rather than at another location. From taking care of us when we first walked in, to staying late to deliver the car when the deal was finally complete, Mr. Havey was there. The following day, on the drive to my parents – I thought about the process of buying a new car and happily satisfied, I am glad that I met Mr. Havey. I love the my new car, my new Hybrid – I love that it is comfortable and most of all, I am glad I get to step things up, saving the planet from harmful emissions and on gas! I emailed Mr. Havey Monday morning, we'd bought the car Friday night, thanking him for all he'd done. I also said, "No one ever wants to sit around waiting for their customers in a store to finish shopping, so we both appreciated you staying over and delivering our new CT!" I also said, "thanks for all you’ve done and all the service I hope you’ll provide in years to come." If it hadn't been for Germain Lexus of Easton and having those cars there, I wouldn't have made a purchase...and I wouldn't have met Mr. Havey! Thank you! More

I emailed them about a used Ford Explorer Sport Trac that was at this dealership and was called the next day by Erika Lee and made an appointment to come and check out the vehicle. I was greeted in the parking lot by Erika and went on a test drive. I warned her that I was very picky and that selling a vehicle to me isn't very easy. She was very patient and worked with my requests without a fuss. The finance paperwork was a little slow as they were very busy and the vehicle could have been detailed a little better but for everything being done in one day it was a good experience. More
