I went to check out a used 2006 Honda Pilot which is listed in Autotrader for ~$16,900. Before even looking at the car, the sales person started talking about the pricing, how their dealership is fair a listed in Autotrader for ~$16,900. Before even looking at the car, the sales person started talking about the pricing, how their dealership is fair and honest. After checking out the car, the sales person tells me the price is what is listed on the car's window which was $17,900 and he cannot go down on the price. I told him about the autotrade price, which they posted, and after seeing that value he says that's his price then and he cannot go down with a snobby attitude. He explained the market is very good. They are already breaking records as of March 2012. There is no room for negotiation. He didn't want to even talk further about the price. This was the similar experiece when I first visited them 7/8 years ago. So I will let you decide if this is the type of experience you want to have as a buyer. I didn't like it. This is not how a trained professional sales organization work. They can say they are the "Germains" but that doesn't mean a thing for the customers. More
Both Ted and Preston were professional, knowlegable, and enthusiastic. They were as excited about my purchase (BMW M5) as I was. Ted gave me an excellent price for my trade in. There was no haggling. We had a deal in 10 minutes. Preston knew all the characteristics of this vehicle. He was genuinely excited that I was buying this rare high performance vehicle. Why he even offered to occasionally drive it for me to insure that the valves didn't get "sticky" from a lack of high revving! I assured him that I would keep the car fully excercised. This was my first experience with Germain Lexus, although we previously purchased a Cadillac SRX from the former Germain Cadillac. I would recommend the dealership to my friends. Everyone I met seemed genuinely happy to be working there. I know from my past working experiences that high employee morale is tough to achieve. More

From the moment I walked in Erika was excellent. She attended to my needs in a car and was very insightful about the types of cars and their benefits. She took pictures with me and was able to carry on great conversation that had nothing to with the vehicle which was nice. This experience was a direct reflection of everything the company stands for. There was not an associate in the office that was not friendly and intelligent. We stopped by Lexus of Easton with all of the intention of purchasing a certified pre-owned RX 350. When you pair this with her enthusatic pesonality she was a pleasure to work with. After discussing what we wanted in this suv, Erica suggested that purchasing a new RX might be a better choice. Now keep in mind that Erica works in pre-owned sales but took us over to new car sales and continue to help us find that perfect "stargazer" black RX350. We picked up our "New" RX on Christmas Eve. @ 10:30 am. Erica met us over at new car sales and took excellant care of us. She walked us through the entire operations of the RX,including all of its bells and whistles. Miss Erica Lee is truley a valuable assest to the Easton Dealership. Erica has continue to follow up and make sure we are enjoying our new RX. Erica, you ROCK!!! More
