My experience with Germain Lexus of Easton was a great one considering my circumstances. I was on a time constraint to find a new car but still didn’t want to rush. I truly appreciated the honesty and the knowledge he had on the brand. I settled on the fact that I still wanted a Lexus because that was what I was familiar with and ultimately wanted. In the end, I feel like being patient allowed for me to find the perfect car. Everyone was nice and very accommodating, considering I became a regular at Germain for about a month! I am happy with my new car and put at ease that I also have a great warranty. Aso and the Lexus team went out of their way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible! More

This is the 3rd car I have bought from Aso. He makes the buying process very comfortable and pressure free. He listens to what you want and trys to match you up with the exact vehicle. My husband and I purchased a 2010 Lexus HS250h. We met Aso on our first visit. He was not only polite & courteous, but was also very knowledgeable not only about Lexus vehicles, but had great knowledge i Aso on our first visit. He was very attentive to our needs and answered all questions thoroughly. In between visits he was easily accessible and always answered our questions in a very timely fashion. We had our 7 & 9 year olds with us at each visit & Aso was wonderful with them, even allowing them to use his iPad at one point while we were waiting. Aso made this a very pleasurable buying experience for us. On both days when we arrived, everyone at the dealership was very friendly, greeted us immediately, held doors open, offered assistance, drinks etc. While Greg & Preston weren't working with us, both remembered our family from our previous visit & welcomed us back. The finance manager, Eric Welch, made the financing & paperwork portion of our portion a breeze and again was able to answer all our questions with great detail and was extremely friendly. We highly recommend this dealership and Aso Danso. More

Jim Sellers was quite helpful. He took time to clearly explain features of the car we were interested in prior to our test drive. He was professional at all times. He even helped us install a baby seat because our trade in car did not have the anchors for baby seats and we were unfamiliar with them.
