Germain Lexus of Easton

About three weeks ago Saturday, my car was vandalized while parked in the Macy parking lot at Easton. I drove my car immediately over to Germain Easton. Aaron accessed my situation and had the car checked out. Knowing I could not drive it damaged, he made arrangements for me to have a loaner while I left my car for repair. He e-mailed me an evaluation regarding the window, and also a general maintenance check of the entire car. The thing that makes Aaron special is that he can think ahead very fast. So while looking at the broken front passenger side window, he is also setting up a loaner, and having the whole condition of the car checked. It was a very short stop for me to leave my car to be repaired and drive off, minimizing my inconvenience, and feeling confident that my car would be repaired as though it was new again. It took a few days for the parts to arrive and be be installed. My insurance company has the rates they pay for a broken window based on a person driving to your car and installing a new one on the spot. In reality, that would have been impossible for me because the track was broken and other things needed repaired to get a new window installed. So I knew when I picked up the car, I knew the car was as good as new. It was a stretch for me to buy a Lexus, but I knew the stretch was worth it when you deal with people like Aaron and the rest of the employees I've met. My experience with Germain Lexus of Easton was a great one considering my circumstances. I was on a time constraint to find a new car but still didn’t want to rush. I truly appreciated the honesty and the knowledge he had on the brand. I settled on the fact that I still wanted a Lexus because that was what I was familiar with and ultimately wanted. In the end, I feel like being patient allowed for me to find the perfect car. Everyone was nice and very accommodating, considering I became a regular at Germain for about a month! My husband and I purchased a 2010 Lexus HS250h. We met Aso on our first visit. He was not only polite & courteous, but was also very knowledgeable not only about Lexus vehicles, but had great knowledge i Aso on our first visit. He was very attentive to our needs and answered all questions thoroughly. In between visits he was easily accessible and always answered our questions in a very timely fashion. We had our 7 & 9 year olds with us at each visit & Aso was wonderful with them, even allowing them to use his iPad at one point while we were waiting. Aso made this a very pleasurable buying experience for us. On both days when we arrived, everyone at the dealership was very friendly, greeted us immediately, held doors open, offered assistance, drinks etc. While Greg & Preston weren't working with us, both remembered our family from our previous visit & welcomed us back. The finance manager, Eric Welch, made the financing & paperwork portion of our portion a breeze and again was able to answer all our questions with great detail and was extremely friendly. We highly recommend this dealership and Aso Danso. More
