Preston Hutchins is the most conscientious salesman I have ever worked with. He never forgets a thing when it comes to customer service. I bought my first Lexus RX350 from him about a year ago. Unfortunately I just recently I had a collision which totaled my vehicle. I notified him immediately that my car may be totaled and I would like another just like my first one. He started that day to look for one with no luck but within two days he called me with a possibility. It was a trade in that was exactly like the one I lost. I put a deposit on it that day. The next day I told him it was totaled and he sent the trade in to be per-certified. The next day he called and I picked up my new RX350. It was just as he described. Beautiful and not a thing wrong with it. Today I am a happy customer. Preston was very professional and he delivered as promised. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. I know it took some effort on his part to make this happen for me and I am most grateful. Every other employee that had a part in this deal were super and I cannot be more pleased. I have owned a Lexus since 1997 and Lexus customer service has always been top notch. But Aaron Doty takes it to a whole other level! I found a car I liked on the search engine YAHOO which was at Lexus of Easton. When I sent an email I was referred to Aso to assist me. Aso was very diligent in trying to find me another car & kept in touch with me to make sure I was still interested. FInally I saw one that interested me & Aso scheduled the test drive. HE went over everything that the car offered & has even contacted me after to make sure I am happy with my purchase. I would refer him to anyone that would be interested in a car at that dealership knowing they would be taken care of like I was. More

The wonderful service we received from Aso coupled with the car being a perfect fit for me changed our minds about the direction to go. Aso is very energetic, enthusiastic, personable and knowledgable and made the whole process of buying a car painless and quick. I couldn't believe that we walked in and in just over an hour were able to trade in my old car and drive out with the new one! Aso is more than a car salesman as he now feels like a friend as well.
