I stopped at Germain Lexus of Easton after seeing a used 2011 Lexus IS250 listed on their website. I requested a quote online and was later contacted by Greg. Five Star customer service is the experience I received from Mr. Doty. However, I was just a little concerned, wondering if they actually completed my courtesy overview of my Lexus Hybrid this particular t from Mr. Doty. First,there were a couple of items left on my service slip "showing caution", but I had them serviced previously. Another other concern was that, I was told I had about five thousand miles left before needing to have my brakes repaired, but my service form showed a "fail" status. I feel that the service is a little pricy, however, at least I have a better piece of mind knowing that the service is performed by Lexus certified technician. The courtesy of the loaner vehicle is a very appreciated privilege. Thank you Aaron & staff for your efforts to make your customers feel special and doing what it takes to bring them back. More

My wife and I recently purchased a new Lexus ES300h. I highly recommend Germain Lexus of Easton and their Sales Consultant Janet Jamison! Janet was extremely helpful. We wanted a high MPG vehicle but we h highly recommend Germain Lexus of Easton and their Sales Consultant Janet Jamison! Janet was extremely helpful. We wanted a high MPG vehicle but we have owned SUVs for the past 20 years and were not sure that the ES 300h (hybrid) would work for us. Janet found the vehicle that we were interested in and asked us to come in and test drive it. We took a test drive and we were pleased with the vehicle but we were still concerned with the trunk space because we typically spend our vacations at the beach and we take lots of luggage, beach chairs, etc. with us. Janet gave us permission to take the vehicle home for a couple of days. This gave us more time to test drive the vehicle and check out the size of the trunk. I got out the beach chairs and the 5 pieces of luggage that we typically travel with. It all fit so we decided to purchase the vehicle.
