Repair of tire rims Aaron is always professional, personable and knowledgeable, as are most of the staff that I have had contact with since my purchase in November 2013. I was skeptical when I purchased an additional warranty that included interior repair, paint sealer, tire repair and key replacement, to name most covered items. Well about two weeks ago I failed to property negotiate a curve, not once but twice. The warranty company replaced both rims, no questions asked. I would be remised if I did not mention the service staff at front entry. They are always, always very pleasant and accommodating. More

When we walked into the Lexus dealer we were immediately greeted by Preston Hutchins, he saw that we had 3 little boys who were definitely not in mood to buy a car, so he did what he had to do to get us in and out of there quickly. Within minutes we drove the GX460 and had an appraisal done on our mini van. The next day I did all the paperwork and we drove home in our new Lexus that evening. Preston was a very professional guy to deal with and you could tell me was very passionate about the product he was selling. More

From the moment that I pulled into the driveway, I was made to feel like I was being invited into their home. Ms. Walker, (no relation) made me feel not like I was a guest, but that I was family. I was in for a problem that I created, but they repeatedly acknowledged that it was a mistake, and they would take care of the problem. When I picked up the car, it looked as if there had never been a problem. When I made the appointment with Aaron, I made it at MY CONVENIENCE, not when it was convenient for the dealership. More

All of the people involved in my transaction were very professional, and made me feel important even though I was buying a 7 year-old car. I would have liked to meet the sales manager, as he was more like the Wizard of Oz behind the curtain, even though they were not very busy when I was there. Thank you I needed to get out of the lease on my 2011 is250c due to various reasons and wanted another Lexus but I didn't know what kind. I contacted Lexus Fina I needed to get out of the lease on my 2011 is250c due to various reasons and wanted another Lexus but I didn't know what kind. I contacted Lexus Financial who in turn put me in touch with Kathy Armstrong. Kathy listened to everything that was going on in my life and the reason why I needed to trade early. She put me in touch with Anand Vallury who showed me what Germain Lexus of Easton had to offer in keeping me with my price range, payment, and term. It just so happened that they had a silver 2008 LS460 that had been CPO'd, with 58k miles on it. Anand was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I took it for a test drive and then left later with my new car. Come to find out that my navigation system on the new purchase was out of date and not part of the CPO process, but that didn't stop Germain from making it right! They are having me bring the car in on this Thursday to do the upgrade at no charge to me! I am very happy that I bought another Lexus. This makes my 3rd since 2010! I will continue to purchase these awesome vehicles and I'll do it through Germain Lexus of Easton!! Sincerely, T.Walker More
