He is a good representative of Germain at Easton. This 2007 ES350 is only my second new Lexus ES from Germain at Easton. My first was a 2003 ES300. After eleven years of Lexus, I can't imagine driving any other make. When I leave Easton after a all the normal all maintenance appointments, I always have a continued level of confidence that I will not be a distressed driver. He helped me select the best pre-owned, low miles vehicle for my wife. I never felt rushed nor pressured. In fact, Shawn went out of his way to find not only the best vehicle for our needs but, also the best deal! And it still had factory warranty. After closing the deal, my car was prepped again, (although I thought it looked just fine). And I rode off with a full tank of gas. Now, here is where their customer service really shined. On day four, the weekend after taking delivery, I managed to misplace my wife's "smart key" to her new vehicle. I panicked because we did not have a second key. I called Shawn for help and he got right on it.. He and his Sales Manager called the company in Chicago and had the keys made and rushed to their dealership in 36 hours. They offered to split the cost for the two new keys. Which made me and my wife real happy. And, believe it or not Shawn has made a couple of follow up calls to make sure my wife is enjoying her 2012 C300. She has driven full-size Asian luxury cars for years so, we weren't sure she would truly adjust to the "German" ride. But, oh, did she ever fall in love with her new Benz. Why I am back to driving a Lexus I enjoyed driving my Lexus for 14 years. When I turned 50, my husband bought me a different Luxury car. Finally, after 7 years, I am back to my firs I enjoyed driving my Lexus for 14 years. When I turned 50, my husband bought me a different Luxury car. Finally, after 7 years, I am back to my first love. I visited the Easton showroom to look at the Certified Pre-Owned Lexus. I just knew I wanted a Lexus again. Preston Hutchins greeted me and made my experience a stress free pleasurable one. I had a through discussion of what I was looking for and I received the information I needed to make my good decision. Although, I had to hesitate on my purchase for 2 months in order to complete family business matters. I explained my situation to Preston, he respectfully understood and honored my need to wait. Even though he had all my contact numbers, I was never once interrupted with a call. I found this refreshing and I looked forward to contacting Preston as my salesperson. Mr. Hutchins showed great pride in his work and had extreme attention to detail. I had total confidence all the way through the sales process as he went above and beyond what it takes to sell a car. His enthusiams with his work makes him a real asset to the organization. I am more than satisfied with the entire team of Germain Lexus as they examplify quilaty.
