In fact, Shawn went out of his way to find not only the best vehicle for our needs but, also the best deal! And it still had factory warranty. After closing the deal, my car was prepped again, (although I thought it looked just fine). And I rode off with a full tank of gas. Now, here is where their customer service really shined. On day four, the weekend after taking delivery, I managed to misplace my wife's "smart key" to her new vehicle. I panicked because we did not have a second key. I called Shawn for help and he got right on it.. He and his Sales Manager called the company in Chicago and had the keys made and rushed to their dealership in 36 hours. They offered to split the cost for the two new keys. Which made me and my wife real happy. And, believe it or not Shawn has made a couple of follow up calls to make sure my wife is enjoying her 2012 C300. She has driven full-size Asian luxury cars for years so, we weren't sure she would truly adjust to the "German" ride. But, oh, did she ever fall in love with her new Benz.
