The real story is that at the time of purchase, I was not sure that I made the right decision. The car is very attractive and rides like 747 in midflight, however, the cost was about $8K more than I planned to pay for transportation. Jay was the most patient salesman that I met. Rarely can one put word "patient" and "salesman" in the same sentence the ends in a compliment! (smile). It was crystal clear that the purchase was more about me than his commission, which is true customer service. When a customer leaves with that feeling, not only will they likely be a repeat customer, they will tell others about their experience. I have a friend that purchased a Camry 3-4 yrs ago, if she plans to upgrade, I told her that Jay is her man! . More

Jay Jackson had been recommended to me by a good friend so when I got there I asked for him. His warm smile put me at ease. He was very professional and certainly knowledgeable. After much discussion (mostly answering all my questions) Jay suggested we take a test drive - which we did. I was impresseed with the car. .I bought the ES350 and have had no reason to regret the purchase.
