I thought that I wrote a brief review last year, but it seems that I did not and I offer my sincere apology. My salesman, Jay Jackson will not go unappreciated! The real story is that at the time of purchase, I was not sure that I made the right decision. The car is very attractive and rides like 747 in midflight, however, the cost was about $8K more than I planned to pay for transportation. Jay was the most patient salesman that I met. Rarely can one put word "patient" and "salesman" in the same sentence the ends in a compliment! (smile). It was crystal clear that the purchase was more about me than his commission, which is true customer service. When a customer leaves with that feeling, not only will they likely be a repeat customer, they will tell others about their experience. I have a friend that purchased a Camry 3-4 yrs ago, if she plans to upgrade, I told her that Jay is her man! . More

He is a great listener, asking open ended questions to determine our wants as well as our needs. His knowledge of the dealership and the Lexus brand is exceptional. Since we were shoppers doing our due diligence, he made sure we were aware of the long time history and strength of the Germain Dealerships as well as the quality of the Lexus automobile. He reminded us of the free car washes and free roadside assistance programs. Jay is a proud, professional representative of Germain Lexus and it shows. I was impresseed with the car. .I bought the ES350 and have had no reason to regret the purchase.
