The difficulty with pre - owned vehicles is that there are no two alike, and there have been occurrences similar to this in the past. It's ultimately a first come, first serve industry. I only ask that you consider how the entire situation unfolded. If you were to show up to look at this particular vehicle, certainly you wouldn't expect to be refused the opportunity to purchase the car? We must always serve the client that is in our dealership first.
