My husband had already researched the make and model of the car we were looking for and within minutes of providing this information, the car was available for review. Preston explained exactly how Germain Lexus assessed the price of the loaded, 2014 Mazda 3 we were there for and compared statistics with other dealers selling the same year and model car across the state and the US. It was an awesome feeling knowing that we could not have done better in price anywhere else. Preston is a car sales specialist extraordinaire! He's brilliant, caring, very personable and most importantly, kind. Excellent Dealership After searching for a particular Camry, I located one at Germain Lexus of Easton, Ohio, outside of Columbus. (About 2 hrs. from where I live). I called and spoke with Shawn Risner (Salesman), and was really impressed right from the start. Upon arriving, I could tell immediately that this was not your typical dealership. Shawn was very kind and respectful and had a lot of integrity He was very patient and extremely helpful with any questions I had. He listened intently as to what I wanted. He did not try to "entice" me into a car I did not want. He made sure I got exactly what I was asking for. hen it comes time to buy another car, I will be contacting Shawn again. Fantastic experience Last week my two sisters and I traveled from Akron to Columbus to look at a Camry that my one sister was looking for.
