We had been planning to replace a car for over 6 months and periodically stopped by to decide the value/benefits of various options. Jay was patient in answering our questions, seeking/hearing our desires for the purchase and finally helping us arrive at the decision best suiting our needs. He kept us updated each time a GX 470 came in but we stressed about a white color. Once a white GX became available, he contacted us and it was exactly what we wanted. A breath of fresh air in the used car market. I was recently in the market for a reliable used car and had a tremendous customer experience at Germain Lexus of Easton. I went in armed with reserv I was recently in the market for a reliable used car and had a tremendous customer experience at Germain Lexus of Easton. I went in armed with reservations and defensive for "typical salesman tactics" and experienced nothing but the opposite of what I expected. Shane Kitts (Used car manager) Shea and Osa (both salesman) were nothing but understanding of my wants and needs and very respectful of my lower than average price point. I did not feel one ounce of pressure to buy, they were both more concerned with my comfort level during the process. I really can't say how impressed I was. These are the guys you only hear about in the used car market, I had the pleasure of meeting them and will defiantly make sure they get my business for years to come, because they have indeed earned it. Give them a chance for your business, they will go out of their way to be fair and first class. More

Great experience I am an international student at OSU and just arrived in Columbus a few days ago. At first, I thought it would not be easy for an international studen I am an international student at OSU and just arrived in Columbus a few days ago. At first, I thought it would not be easy for an international student alone dealing all the stuff. But I was wrong. I had a great purchasing experience here, with Mr.Bryan who is a very nice person and a professional salesman. He knows a lot about the car, its history, its ex-owners and everything that I concerned. Indeed, I felt very pleasant when talking with him. Finally, I had my dream car, the BMW 328 Xi Coupe. It's a beautiful car with nice price. BTW, he bought me a can of Coke while it is not offered in Germain. It's very thoughtful of him. I will definitely recommend him to my friends in the future. Preston is a delight This is the 2nd car I purchased from Preston Hutchins. On both occasions Preston was as professional and outstanding as i could have every hoped for. This is the 2nd car I purchased from Preston Hutchins. On both occasions Preston was as professional and outstanding as i could have every hoped for. He made me feel very welcome and was extremely knowledgeable on every feature the Lexus fleet had to offer. Preston was even able to talk shop about older cars that had long left the asphalt of Germain. I can only hope that when i return to the car buying market that Preston will still be in sales and not off to retirement town just yet.
