Preston is a delight This is the 2nd car I purchased from Preston Hutchins. On both occasions Preston was as professional and outstanding as i could have every hoped for. He made me feel very welcome and was extremely knowledgeable on every feature the Lexus fleet had to offer. Preston was even able to talk shop about older cars that had long left the asphalt of Germain. I can only hope that when i return to the car buying market that Preston will still be in sales and not off to retirement town just yet. Although he just may be by then, therefore I can only wish that his protege emerges and is as nice a guy as Preston is! More

Customer Service Quality is already synonymous with Lexus. We have come to expect it. And it is no surprise that a car salesperson returns your call. But what Preston Quality is already synonymous with Lexus. We have come to expect it. And it is no surprise that a car salesperson returns your call. But what Preston does goes beyond his interest in selling you a car. He goes above and beyond in providing high quality service. Here is the kicker ... Although I did not end up buying my car from him, he continued to provide me with high quality service even after I purchased the car from a different dealership. I would have purchased it from him, but the dealership did not have the configuration of a sued car that I wanted - and since it was not a new model there was no way for them to get it for me. I have spoken with Preston post-purchase that did not benefit him, and if he missed my call, he would call back and still put in time to maintain the relationship. He is a gem. Thank you for your service, Preston. it makes all the difference. More

Preston was the only sales person throughout all the dealerships I visited who listened to my needs. Although he showed me multiple cars, the first one was exactly what I was looking for. The rest were for comparison only. Although I had a great experience buying the car, I feel like it was more than that!
