Troy Slikva was an EXCEPTIONAL sales associate I was in the market for a used Toyota Camry after mine was totaled in a car accident. I looked online and at 4 different Toyota dealerships in town. I saw the car that I ended up purchasing along with another potential at this dealership - which had been off of my radar. The moment I stepped foot on the property, the interaction was different that what I had experienced else where. Troy did not hard pitch me or pressure me in any way but was attentive to me as a potential buyer. He had extensive knowledge of Toyota's but wasn't a know-it-all. The price was comparable to the Toyota dealerships but it was the relationship that I felt I was able to quickly build with Troy that sealed the deal. He was professional and friendly and seemed interested in all of my concerns and addressed each one. While he was busy that day shuffling around with another appointment, I never felt ignored or slighted in anyway. The car was physically cared for and detailed better than any of the others in town. The car has little scratches from normal wear and tear on a 3 yr old car and I can go back and get them touched up. The sales process was easy - no "I need to talk to my manager" and "how much can you afford?" nonsense. We settled on a price, they found a lender and a good interest rate AND I was able to buy an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty for a very reasonable price to quell my nerves about buying used. Very happy with this dealership (especially Troy Slivka) and would recommend to anyone. More

This is why...My Honda unexpectedly brought down given its age & mileage fixing it was not an option. I needed a car asap and I wanted 2013/2014 Honda Accord V6...there were none in my local area. I was calling dealerships in Louisville, Indianapolis, Columbus & everyone in-between that had an Accord V6 model. I did not need the hard sale talking points which is what I got. I told them I was going to buy a car in the next 24-48 hours it just depended on which one. When you are 2 hours away buying a car is extremely difficult & I just needed some good honest extra help. Once our schedule allowed, we traveled a couple of hours to look at a specific vehicle. Once we arrived, we had Preston's undivided attention. This was not a typical used car experience. Preston answered all of our questions, explained the vehicle in detail and worked diligently to complete the sales process as quickly as possible. We were not subjected to the old school car sales process; instead, we were treated as valued customers with the mindset of developing a long-term relationship.
