Once our schedule allowed, we traveled a couple of hours to look at a specific vehicle. Once we arrived, we had Preston's undivided attention. This was not a typical used car experience. Preston answered all of our questions, explained the vehicle in detail and worked diligently to complete the sales process as quickly as possible. We were not subjected to the old school car sales process; instead, we were treated as valued customers with the mindset of developing a long-term relationship.
