Thanks to Alena Hayden I was able to get a grasp on this technology before I left the dealership. She was professional, kind, and took her time to make sure I understood the Siri hands free technology and well as the Lexus app that lets you control and monitor your car via smart phone. Mrs. Hayden really enhanced my sales experience and it is because of her that I can maximize my Lexus's potential and get complete enjoyment from my driving experience. Minimum negotiation was required to keep me in a comfortable price range and the car has proven to be all I expected.
