Morgan Williams, my sales consultant, was Phenomenal!!! I had to wait 5-6 Months to get my SUV but he made it worth the wait. He stayed with me through the process and kept me informed as to what was happening. Even when I got discouraged he made sure I was kept in the loop. Thank you Morgan Williams for a wonderful and exciting experience. Also Thank you for your patients and understanding. You were truly wonderful! Germain replaced two tires on the rear of my certified Lexus with two that had 4-4.5 inches of tread depth on them. My vehicle had 13700 miles on it. The front tires looked like they were new. The dealership could not believe the difference in tire depth from the front tires and the rear tires. I believe this is a common practice at Germain. More

The vehicle was dirty when I test drove it and it needed wheel bearings. The salesman tried to convince me that it was just the brakes since the car had supposedly sat for a while, but I insisted that it b wheel bearings.
