He went above and beyond by returning my texts and answering my questions on Christmas Eve after the dealership was closed. We negotiated a fair deal and I drove 180 miles to the dealership to trade in my Lexus SUV for the BMW. When I pulled in, Jimmie was there to welcome me by name and walk me through the process. He made me feel like family and when I am ready for my next Lexus, I will be giving Jimmie and Germain Lexus a call! More

We bought a pre-owned Lexus from Jimmie McDuffie and were very pleased with our experience. We were in Columbus for a football game and stopped into the dealership to look and ended up making a deal late o very pleased with our experience. Obviously, we had to come back to finalize the transaction and pick up the car. It is a 2.5 hour drive for us, so it was important that everything be in order and the car ready to go. Jimmie insured that it was and that we could be finish and be on our way in an expeditious manner. When we discovered a minor issue with the vehicle a few days later, Jimmie was easy to reach and very helpful. He set up an appointment for the car on our next football weekend and again, the repair was done very quickly and professionally. He has also followed up several times to see if we have any questions and to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase (we are!). More

Germain replaced two tires on the rear of my certified Lexus with two that had 4-4.5 inches of tread depth on them. My vehicle had 13700 miles on it. The front tires looked like they were new. I found out about the tires when I took my vehicle to a different Lexus dealership to take a look at a mechanical concern I had. The dealership could not believe the difference in tire depth from the front tires and the rear tires. I believe this is a common practice at Germain. More
