I purchased a 2010 Lexus IS250 from B.J. Harris about (6) Months Ago. Mr. Harris, provided excellent Customer Service and guidance through-out the purchase process. When there were a couple items that obviously didn't meet those expectations, Mr. Harris went above and beyond to make them right, while minimizing any inconveniences it might have caused me. Mr. Harris, is a great example of a Salesperson who has the Customer Gene and does have passion for their job!
