3rd time around copping a Lexus so the quality of service is always A-1. Usually deal with Marc, but he turned me on to B.J. Harris who was definitely on his sales game. This dealership claims to be #1 in customer service in the nation, but I'm not sure how that could be possible. Everyone, from the salesperson on up to the service director, was inexplicably untrustworthy the nation, but I'm not sure how that could be possible. Everyone, from the salesperson on up to the service director, was inexplicably untrustworthy and unprofessional. When I received my 2011 pre-certified IS 250 it had stains on the leather seats, scratching on all four hub caps, smudges on the dashboard, scratch on the steering wheel and a broken right wiper blade. Not to mention that they put washer fluid in my car that was not even good below 32 degrees --when the temps were dropping below zero every other day. When pressed, my salesperson appealed to management and said they agreed to fix these things since they were covered under pre-certification. Of course they are! He did clean the leather and fix the hub caps, which I would have to guess were all damaged when they replaced the tires. But after that, the fixes stopped. Everyone denied that promises had been made to fix anything. In the midst of trying to repair the outstanding car issues, my salesperson called to tell me that the finance manager was having trouble getting the title for my trade-in and needed me to go to the BMV to get a paper title for them - right away. One call to my bank revealed that this is a common issue with cars paid off prior to 2009 and all the dealership needed to do was call my bank to process the title request. If I had to do it, it would cost me $20 and a trip to the BMV. I left a message for the finance manager with this info and never heard back from him. I always thought that Lexus was very customer oriented so I escalated this to national customer service, thinking they would be concerned. But to my shock, the attitude there was the same. It was nothing more than a "you said" "they said" situation and overall, my rep sided with the dealership. The national rep didn't seem worried about the poor service I'd received. He didn't even seem particularly concerned that my experience had been so awful that I wanted to return the car. In the end and after many phone calls, the national rep did convince the local managers to make these remaining small repairs. But it was made clear to me that I was not entitled to them and they were making a "one-time goodwill exception." These are just a few highlights, people. Watch out. More
I was along with my sister while she purchased her used van with BJ Harris as her salsman. We were so impressed with his friendliness and ease. We will definetly go back for our future cars , and with BJ of course! All the staff was very friendly! We enjoyed our experience! More

We drove two and a half hours to purchase a pre owned Lexus and not only did we find a great vehicle, we also found a great person in salesman B.J.(Bernard) Harris. I purchased a 2010 Lexus IS250 from B.J. Harris about (6) Months Ago. Mr. Harris, provided excellent Customer Service and guidance through-out the purchase process. When purchasing a Used car it is expected that there will be some odds n ends that are not perfect, but you still have high expectations as a Customer. When there were a couple items that obviously didn't meet those expectations, Mr. Harris went above and beyond to make them right, while minimizing any inconveniences it might have caused me. Mr. Harris, is a great example of a Salesperson who has the Customer Gene and does have passion for their job! I have continued to receive GREAT Customer Service from both Mr. Harris and the Lexus Service Department over the passed several months. Sincerely, Brian Shea More
